Shipping & Returns


📦 Shipping

  • Production Time: Each LOCO product is made-to-order through our fulfillment partner. Please allow 5–9 business days for production before shipping.

  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days in the U.S. Shipping times may vary by location and carrier.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

  • Shipping Area: We currently ship within the U.S. and are working to expand internationally.

 


↩️ Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your LOCO gear. If something doesn’t work out, here’s how we handle returns:

  • Return Window: You can return unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be in original condition with tags/packaging.

  • Process: Email werloco2025@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. We’ll provide the return address.

  • Exchanges: At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size, you can return the item for store credit, then re-order the size you need.

  • Defective or Wrong Item: If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, send us photos within 14 days and we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
