We want you to love your LOCO gear. If something doesn’t work out, here’s how we handle returns:
Return Window: You can return unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be in original condition with tags/packaging.
Process: Email werloco2025@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. We’ll provide the return address.
Exchanges: At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size, you can return the item for store credit, then re-order the size you need.
Defective or Wrong Item: If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, send us photos within 14 days and we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
