A: Yes — most items run true to size. Each product page includes a sizing chart for reference. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for hoodies and outerwear.

Q: What materials do you use?
A: Our apparel is produced through Printful, using high-quality fabrics and eco-friendly options where possible. Comfort, durability, and sustainability are always top priorities.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship within the U.S. and are working on expanding internationally soon.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard orders are processed and shipped within 5–9 business days (because each piece is made-to-order). Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

↩️ Returns & Exchanges

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: Since each item is made-to-order, returns are only accepted for misprints, damages, or incorrect items. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos if there’s an issue.

Q: Can I exchange for a different size?
A: Because products are made-to-order, we can’t offer direct exchanges. If sizing is an issue, please reach out and we’ll help you with the best solution.

A: Every purchase from LOCO automatically earns you entries into our current giveaway. More purchases = more entries.

Q: What kind of giveaways do you run?
A: We don’t just give away gear — we create outdoor experiences: from weekend adventures to curated trips guided by mindset coaches and outdoor leaders.

Q: When are winners announced?
A: Each giveaway has a closing date. Winners are selected within 7 days of closing and notified by email.

A: The LOCO Foundation is our initiative (coming soon) to give back through conservation, outdoor education, and youth camping programs.
